Helping to Build an Eye Clinic!

It is a tragic situation that many vulnerable people around the world lack access to basic healthcare.

How can we let this injustice continue? At Health Entrust we want to help communities in rural Asia by helping with life changing Health clinics. We aim to tackle the desperate need for trained staff and medical supplies; that could help those most at risk in remote areas.

Cataract is a eye condition which involves the clouding of the human lens and is responsible for more than 50% of avoidable blindness, though sight can be easily restored by a 30-minute operation. Partnering with Global Aid project, we are looking to do a large number of cataract operations, which will be performed on patients in different areas of Bangladesh, using the latest technology. Also, we will set up eye camps where free spectacles and medicines are available for poor patients.

All of this costs, £60 per patient

We aim to provide communities with clinics that serve them in providing high quality health care and as well as respect and compassion.
