Shajan Three Cities Challenge will be cycling over 270 miles over 3 days from Luxembourg City, Strasbourg and finishing at Basel. In preparation for this, my training rides will accumulate to over 700 miles. Taking the total to over 1000 miles

Imagine being pregnant and attempting to cross a border in a strange country. Imagine you were a child – or imagine your child – trying to enter a foreign place unaccompanied, desperately hungry with no place to call home

This is the plight of the many refugees who are arriving in Europe after a treacherous journey. They are suffering terribly and desperately need our help.

We are working tirelessly with other organisations on the ground, providing relief for those trapped in this catastrophic humanitarian crisis. Our emergency refugee packs contain essential items, including:

• Food packs – water, juice, biscuits, croissants, bread, cream cheese and milk
• Nappies
• Women’s hygiene packs
• Adult blankets
• Children’s blankets
• First aid
